【Abstract】 High vibration of the LM5000 gas turbine engine occurs frequently in power generation field.Given in this paper are some causes of and corresponding solutions to the LM5000 gas turbine high vibration including shafts misalignment between the output of LM5000 engine and electric generator,rotated stall and surge of LM5000 high pressure compressor and unbalance of LM5000 rotor.Finally the root cause of unbalance of LM5000 high pressure compressor was found and the high vibration was solved through trim-balance on site.更多还原
