【摘要】 目的总结术中超声在颅脑肿瘤显微外科手术中应用的初步经验。方法选择23例幕上脑内肿瘤,使用术中超声确定病灶的位置,决定皮层的切口,动态了解病灶情况,判断病变的切除程度。结果所有肿瘤定位准确,23例病人肿瘤全切,病人术后恢复良好。结论术中超声能够很好地确定肿瘤的位置,并且减少盲目性操作带来的脑损伤,能够实施监测肿瘤的切除程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the rudimental experience of the application of introperative ultrasound in intracranial tumor in microsurgery.Methods 23 cases of tumor in supratentorial brain were chosen,and introperative ultrasound was used to locate the stigmas,to decide the cortical openings,to know the dynamic information of the stigma,and to judge the degree of excision.Results All the tumors were located accurately,and 23 patients’tumor were completely excised.The patients postoperative recovery were good.Conclusion Intraoperative ultrasound can be commendably used to determine the location of tumors,to reduce the brain injures because of the blind operation,and to monitor the degree the excision of tumors.更多还原
