【摘要】 目的观察男性原发性骨质疏松患者血清IGF-I(类胰岛素样生长因子)的变化,分析其诊断意义。方法检测受试者体内血清IGF-I水平及BMD(骨密度)。结果原发性骨质疏松患者IGF-I明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),与BMD测定参数密切相关。结论IGF-I在原发性骨质疏松诊断中具有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective We observe the change of Bone Mineral Content and levelof the male primary osteoporosis’s serum IGF-I,analyze its diagnosis significance.Methods We detetive the level of the male primary osteoporosis’s serum IGF-I and exam data of the Bone Mineral Content.Results The level of the male primary osteoporosis’s serum is obviously lower than the control groups,and it is connected highly with the determination parameter of the Bone Mineral Content.Conclusion We Confirm that IGF-I is vital Clinical significance in the primary osteoporosis diagnosis.更多还原
