【摘要】 目的研究海洛因依赖者唾液表皮生长因子(EGF)水平与舌苔变化的关系,探讨海洛因依赖者脱毒后消化系统功能紊乱的原因。方法应用放射免疫法测定92例海洛因依赖者唾液表皮生长因子(EGF)含量,结合临床观察相应的舌苔变化。结果海洛因依赖者唾液EGF水平与正常对照组比较有显著降低(P<0.01),海洛因依赖者脱毒后唾液EGF低下是其舌苔厚腻和消化系统功能紊乱的原因之一。结论EGF水平低下是海洛因依赖者脱毒后消化系统功能紊乱的原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the level of epidermal growth factor(EGF) in saliva and the changes of coating on the tongue in heroin addicts,and to investigate reasons of the disorder of the digestive system in heroin addicts after detoxification.Methods EGF in saliva was detected with radioimmunoassay and the changes of tonger coating were observed in 92 heroin addicts.Results EGF levels of heroin addicts’ saliva were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).Thick fur on he tongue in heroin addicts was more than that in control group.The lower of EGF in saliva is one of the causes of thick fur on the tongue and disorder of the digestive system in heroin addicts after detoxification.Conclusion The lower of EGF in saliva is one of the causes of the digestive system disorder in heroin addicts after detoxification.更多还原
