【摘要】 综述了近几年来国内外高效液相色谱法检测动物性食品中链霉素残留量的研究进展情况,包括动物性样品的前处理及残留药物的分离和检测等几个方面。

【Abstract】 The application and research advance of high performance liquid chromatography in detection of streptomycin antibiotics residues in animal foods was summarized in the paper.It involved the sample preparation,the extraction and clean-up of residual drug,and detection.
