【Abstract】 The experimental results showed that Pleurotus nebrodensis was cultivated with main cotton seed hull and sterilized raw materials.The optimum capacity per plastic bag was 350g.After the mycelium of fungus bags was full and fruit body came out,it was cultivated between 22~25℃ and for 30~40d as anaphase maturation period.The best cultivation mode was stand and slant cultivation with half of plastic bags off and also 3/4 of the stick was covered with soil.更多还原
