燃烧法快速合成Sr2ZnSi2O7基蓝色硅酸盐发光材料

【摘要】 首次采用燃烧法在800—1000℃下快速合成了Sr2ZnSi2O7:Cu+蓝色新型发光材料,合成时间三十分钟,燃烧反应时间2~3分钟..通过扫描电镜、XRD、发光光谱对粉体的微结构、表面形态及发光性能进行了表征.实验分析表明:这种蓝色发光材料,为一种镁黄长石结构的焦硅酸盐化合物,其晶体为简单四方结构,其激发带峰值位于252nm,发射光谱峰在446 nm-449nm左右,余辉可视时间2h以上.与高温固相合成法相比,燃烧法制备发光材料具有反应时间短,制得的产物疏松,易粉碎,粒度小,分布均匀,生产设备简单,生产过程简便,生产周期短等特点,可望成为合成发光材料的一种新方法.

【Abstract】 A new type of blue silicate luminescent material with a general formula of Sr2ZnSi2O7:Cu+ has been quickly synthesized between 800 and 1000℃ by combustion technique for the first time.The synthesis time was 30min,while the time for the combustion reaction was 2 to 3 min.The microstructure,the surface conformation and the luminescent properties of the powder were characterized by the scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X—ray diffraction(XRD) and the luminescence spectrum(LS).The results showed that this blue luminescent material was a pyrosilicate compound with the structure of magnesium and the crystal was of simple square structure.Its excitation peak is at the wavelength of 252nm and its emission peak is in the range between 446 and 449 nm.The afterglow lasts for over five hours.Compared with the method of the solid state synthesis at high temperature,the combustion method which was used to prepare luminescent material has such advantages: shorter reaction time,looser product,easier shattered,smaller granularity,more equality distributing,simpler produce facility,more convenient produce process and shorter produce cycle,etc.So the combustion method may probably become a new method for the synthesis of luminescent materials.
