【摘要】 本文系统地论述了L-肉碱的来源、结构和生理功能、应用、制备方法及检测方法等研究现状。

【Abstract】 This paper synthetically described the resource, the structure, the physical function, the application, the productive method and the detection method on L-carnitine.
