大鼠及小白鼠口服多拉菌素的急性毒性试验

【摘要】 采用递增法预试测得大鼠和小白鼠口服多拉菌素LD0值依次为5.37 g/kg.BW、3.54 g/kg.BW,LD100值依次为13.91 g/kg.BW、6.19 g/kg.BW,依之按简化寇氏法分组正式试验,统计死亡率,计算出大鼠和小白鼠口服多拉菌素LD50值依次为7.67 g/kg.BW、4.58 g/kg.BW,其95%可信限依次为7.22~8.12 g/kg.BW、3.80~5.50 g/kg.BW。

【Abstract】 With the method of increase by degrees,LD0 and LD100 of doramectin were detected after orally administered to mice and rat.LD0 in turn is 5.37 g/kg.BW,3.54 g/kg.BW,and LD100 is 13.91 g/kg.BW,（6.19） g/kg.BW respectively.According this with the method of Krber-Spearman,we do experiment in groups,calculated LD50 of doramectin after orally administered to mice and rat.LD50 of Doramectin is 7.67 g/kg.BW、4.58 g/kg.BW.It’s 95% credible in turn is 7.22～8.12 g/kg.BW,3.80～5.50 g/kg.BW.
