【摘要】 该文运用系统功能语言学理论对以名词词组、小句复合体、成语变异和关系过程认同型小句为结构的文学/通俗读物的书名进行文体分析。研究表明:失协是这些书名取得突出效果的手段,这些书名的语场的主要成分/单位都是读者相对熟悉的事物(事件),给读者提供了“实”的信息,与书名其他成分搭配的失协结果使书名的信息变得虚中有实,抽象中有具体,从而形成悬念以吸引读者的注意力。该文研究的4种结构在失协程度上有差异,名词词组和小句复合体的可失协程度比成语变异和关系过程认同型小句的可失协程度要高;名词词组失协表现的是静态,小句复合体失协表现的是动态,成语变异的失协给读者的熟悉程度最高。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper examines the style of a few literary/popular book titles in the forms of nominal groups,clause complexes,deviated idioms and identifying relational processes from the perspective of systemic functional linguistics.The analysis reveals that the incongruity resulting from the collocation between the different elements in the chosen book titles causes the meaning of the titles to either become more abstract or more specific.Such incongruity gives the book titles the stylistic effect of delivering specific information with abstract sense,which in turn captures the readers’ attention.Furthermore,the degree of incongruity of the nominal groups and clause complexes are higher than that of the deviated idioms and identifying relational processes,while the deviated idioms give the most familiarity to the readers.更多还原
