刺参吐脏再生的组织学研究

【摘要】 以中国山东地区的养殖刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)为研究材料,将体长10~15 cm的刺参,通过注射KCl(0.35 mol/L)诱导吐脏。采用组织学方法对刺参吐脏和再生过程进行观察,结果表明,刺参吐脏后便开始再生,吐脏后的第2天可观察到呼吸树主干及分支结构。腹部肠系膜在吐脏后逐渐增厚,第5天可观察到肠上皮与肌肉组织,再生出具有功能的新肠管的时间大约为2周。本研究旨为刺参再生的进一步研究以及刺参的养殖生产提供基础理论依据。[中国水产科学,2006,13(1):134-139]

【Abstract】 Specimens of A.japonicus(10-15?cm) were collected in the northeast coast of Shandong province.Evisceration was induced by injecting 2-4?ml of KCl 0.35?mol/L into the coelom.We observed the evisceration and regeneration of A.japonicus by applying the method of histology.The result indicated that the A.japonicus started to regenerate immediately after the evisceration,and the respiratory tree trunk and the branched structure were observed on the 2nd day.The mesenteries gradually thickened after evisceration.The intestines epidermis and the muscular tissues were observed on the 5th day.A.japonicus needs 2 weeks to regenerates the newborn intestines.The results provided the information of A.japonicus regeneration for the further study.[Journal of Fishery Sciences of China,2006,13(1):134-139]
