【摘要】 目的:探讨大剂量化疗治疗自身免疫性疾病的可行性、疗效以及安全性。方法:分析误用大剂量免疫抑制剂的4例自身免疫性疾病(系统性红斑狼疮2例、类风湿关节炎2例)患者的临床特点及转归,并复习有关文献。结果:4例患者误用大剂量免疫抑制剂并经相关治疗后病情均获得长期缓解,实验室指标显示病情均明显改善。结论:密切监测下的大剂量化疗治疗自身免疫性疾病安全可行,有望使疾病获得长期缓解。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the feasibility,efficacy,and safety of high-dose immunosuppressive therapy in patients with autoimmune diseases.Methods:Four patients(2 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and another 2 patients with rheumatoid Arthritis),who misused high-dose chemotherapy,were reported.The features of clinical manifestation,outcome and lab findings were studies.The literatures associated with high-dose chemotherapy without stem cell rescue for autoimmune disease were reviewed.Results:All patients showed remission after high-dose chemotherapy with support therapy.The lab findings associated with disease manifestation were nearly normal.Conclusion:Under intense care,high-dose chemotherapy might be feasible and safe,and could induce complete remission in patients with refractory,severe autoimmune disease.更多还原
