【摘要】 目的:研究鼻腔鼻窦单侧异常CT影像与术中所见的关系。方法:对55例CT显示单侧鼻腔鼻窦病变并接受内镜手术治疗的患者进行手术前后比较,评价其影像诊断的意义。结果:38例慢性鼻窦炎手术前后诊断一致;真菌性鼻窦炎10例,1例误诊;3例恶性肿瘤均为非霍奇金恶性淋巴瘤,其中2例术前误诊。此外,CT检查不能完全反映组织学改变。结论:慢性鼻窦炎各窦腔病理改变不一致,但CT仅显示窦腔均匀密度增高。CT检查能良好地显示真菌性鼻窦炎病变与程度。鼻腔非霍奇金淋巴瘤早期CT影像无明显骨质破坏,缺乏特征性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the correlatoin of preoperative CT imaging with the findings in endoscopic sinus surgery in the cases with single side sinus abnormalities.Methods:The findings of preoperative CT and endoscopic sinus surgery were comparatively studied in 55 cases with unilateral sinus disease.The diagnostic significance of the manifestations of the images was evaluated.Results:The results showed that the diagnosis was confirmed in 38 cases with chronic sinusitis during sinus surgery.There were 10 case of fungal sinusitis while misdiagnosed in 1 case.There were 3 cases of malignant tumor and the diagnosis of malignant lymphoma were confirmed in all 3 cases.The 2 cases of malignant lymphoma were misdiagnosed in preoperative CT scanning.Again CT scanning was incapable to make a final diagnosis without histological study.Conclusion:Pathology finding disaccord with the changes showed,moreover the CT image were showed only by opacity in CT image.The CT scanning can precisely demonstrate the extent of disease and some variations of fungal sinusitis.Barely bony erosion was found in early stage of malignant lymphoma,yet without special.更多还原
