【摘要】 目的对在皖南山区金线蛙肾中分离出的新血清群—顾群秦型的代表株EG79的毒力进行进一步的研究。方法将生长良好的EG79钩端螺旋体通过腹股沟注入豚鼠体内,正常喂养7 d后将其解剖,取其心、肺、肝、肾做病理切片观察。结果注入EG79的豚鼠的心、肺、肝、肾四脏器均出现明显的出血,并伴有炎细胞浸润等病理现象。结论分析认为EG79对豚鼠是有一定致病力的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The virulence of a new serovar of Leptospira interrogens,the representative strain of Gu serogroup Qin serovar EG79 isolated from Ronan plancyi was investigated in the present study.Through the inguinoabdominal route,the well-grown cultures of the EG79 strain was injected into guinea pigs,and the internal organs,such as lungs,liver,kidney and heart from autopsy were taken to observe the changes in the pathological section of various tissues 7 days after injection.It was demonstrated that after injection of EG79 strain into guinea pigs,definite pathological changes of marked bleedings accompanied with infiltration of inflammatory cells could be observed in pathological section of heart,lungs liver and kidneys,indicating that the EG79 is somewhat virulent to guinea pigs.更多还原
