【摘要】 目的探索治疗孕妇及小儿弓形虫感染的安全有效药物。方法抽取感染弓形虫小鼠腹水并稀释至含虫1×105个/mL,加入常青胶囊粉剂使其终浓度为1.5mg/ml,以未加药物的相同腹水作阴性对照,阿奇霉素为阳性对照。应用透射电镜观察药物作用后1h、16h虫体超微结构的变化并拍照。结果随药物作用时间的延长,虫体超微结构逐渐遭到破坏,最终或固缩,或崩解死亡。在相同作用时间内,常青胶囊对速殖子结构的破坏更严重。结论常青胶囊具有确切的抗弓形虫效果,且疗效优于阿奇霉素,可为进一步探讨新型的抗弓形虫药物提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 To search for the drugs to be used for the treatment of toxoplasmosis in pregnant women and infants with safety and efficiency,the Chinese medicine recipe "Changqing" capsule was chosen for trial study,in which Changqing capsule was added to ascetic fluid of mice experimentally infected with Toxoplasma gondii for 1 and 16 hours and the same kind of mice without addition of drug were to be used as the negative controls,while those with addition of azithromycin as the positive controls.The effect of Chanqing capsule on the trachyzoites of T.gondii was observed under transmission electron microscopy and then photographed for further study.It was found that in pace with prolongation in duration of times with the application of drug,the ultrastructural structures of worms were gradually destroyed since to days on,and some were cracked or completely destroyed.The destruction of the ultra-structures of tachyzoites induced by Changqing capsule appeared to be more serious than that induced by azithromycin.It is concluded that Changqing capsule shows definite anti-toxoplasma effect,even better than that of azithromycin.更多还原
