【摘要】 本文概述了免疫学科发展的历史,介绍了过去50年间免疫学史研究的概况。在免疫学外史研究中,科学社会学和科学哲学方法的引进扩展了免疫学史的视野,加深了我们对免疫学史上重要事件的理解。但是,后现代科学观有可能扭曲科学本质,并误导科学史的研究,必须警惕在免疫学史研究中的这种倾向。1950年代末到1960年代初发生的免疫学革命是20世纪生命科学最重要的事件之一,值得我们深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article outlined the disciplinary development of immunology,and introduced the study of historiography of immunology over past 50 years.The application of the approaches of sociology of science and philosophy of science in the study of external history of immunology widened the perspective of the history of immunology and deepened the understanding of historical events in immunology.However,the postmodernism views of science may distort the nature of science and mislead the study of history of science.This inclination should be avoided in the study of historiography of immunology.The immunologic revolution between 1950s and 1960s is one of most important events in the history of life science of the 20th century,and should be intensively investigated.更多还原
