【摘要】 目的:通过对“十五”科技攻关计划项目示范县铜梁县居民就医的基本情况、就诊费用及卫生服务需求的调查,了解农村居民的卫生服务需求与利用现状,为农村卫生适宜技术的推广应用提供科学的依据。方法:调查门诊患者的社会人口学特征、就诊原因、科别、费用,采用统计描述和逐步回归方法处理资料。结果:门诊患者以初中以下学历、务农及无业、失业者为主;以消化、泌尿生殖、循环系统疾病最为常见;其中自费患者占90%以上的;其主要就诊原因为注重医疗机构技术和服务态度的好坏及是否有信赖的医生。结论:县医院应该加强医疗设施等硬件方面投入,不断提高医务人员的业务水平,改善服务态度;同时进一步健全医疗保障体系,完善农村医疗保障制度,建立新型农村合作医疗制度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Through the survey of basic situation,cost of outpatient and requirement for sanitaion service about native citizens of Tongliang Chongqing,I clearly understand the situation of health care demand.Method:Sampling survey on the spot.Result: The main part in the outpatients is people with junior high school following education background,the farmers and the unemployed.The commonly encountered disease in Tongling are diestive,urogenital and circulatory systems disease.About 90% people choose self-provided payment way in medical care.The hospitalize reason for patients is whether medical technology is good,service is kindhearted and whether there is a doctor who you trust.Conclusions:The county hospital should invest more money to medical treatment facilities;improve the professional skills of the medical personnel;the government should set up the health care system at an early date.更多还原
