【摘要】 目的:探讨体外反搏(ECP)治疗突发性耳聋的治疗作用。方法:应用广州华南医疗器械厂生产的WFB-V型反搏仪进行治疗。结果:60例突发性耳聋患者经ECP治疗后,经纯音测听,听力提高5￣53db,平均29±8.7db,除8例听力提高不足15db算无效外,52例有效率达86.7%。结论:ECP治疗突发性耳聋疗效明显,且病程越短,ECP治疗越早,疗程越长,则疗效越好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of sequential external counterpulsation on sudden deafness.Methods: All the patients were treated with sequential external counterpulsation instrument produced by Guangzhou South-China Medical Instrument Company.Results: After treatment,the hearing threshold of 60 cases was all improved,with an increase from 5 to 53 db,and with an average threshold shift of 29±8.7db.86.7% of cases acquired satisfied therapeutic effects except 8 cases whose hearing threshold increased by less than 15db.Conclusion: the results showed that,the treatment of sudden deafness with Sequential External Counterpulsation has good therapeutic effects.Earlier and longer treatment means better effect更多还原
