【摘要】 目的确定超声法制备茵陈、白术挥发油-β-环糊精(-βCD)包合物的最佳工艺。方法以挥发油的包合率和包合物收率为指标,采用正交设计优化包合工艺的条件。结果包合工艺的最佳条件为:挥发油与-βCD投料比为1∶4(mL∶g),-βCD与加水量的比为1∶10(g∶mL),超声时间为45 min。该条件下包合率为78.9%,包合物收得率为87.6%。结论此制备工艺包合效果较好,具有可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine the best preparation technology of β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound for volatile oil of Yinchen and Baishu by the ultrasonic method.METHODS The rate of inclusion and oiling-bearing from the inclusion was taken as inspecting index to study the conditions for the inclusion process by orthogonal test.RESULTSThe optimal inclusion procedure was as follows: the proportion of volatile oil and β-cyclodextrin was 1∶4,the proportion of β-cyclodextrin and water was 1∶10,inclusion time was 45 min,inclusion rate was 78.9%,the rate of oiling-bearing from the inclusion was 87.6%.CONCLUSIONS The inclusion process is effective,which can be used for production of inclusion complex in the factory.更多还原
