【摘要】 目的建立RP-HPLC测定坤净栓中呋喃唑酮含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 6.8)-水(170∶2∶828)为流动相,检测波长为367 nm,柱温为35℃,流速为1 mL.min-1,峰面积外标法定量。结果呋喃唑酮在0.04~0.12μg呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7);平均回收率为99.10%,RSD=1.45%(n=5)。结论方法简便快速,结果准确可靠,可作为该制剂的质控方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine furazolidone in kunjing suppository by RP-HPLC.METHODS Analytic column:Kromasil C₁₈（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）;mobile phase:methanol-phosphate buffer solution（pH=6.8）-water（170∶2∶828）;detection wavelength:367 nm;temperature:35 ℃;flow rate:1 mL·min^-1.RESULTS Furazolidone showed a good linearity within 0.04～0.12 μg（r=0.999 7）;the average recovery was 99.10%,and RSD was 1.45%（n=5）.CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,rapid and accurate for the quality control of the preparation.更多还原
