【摘要】 目的建立妇炎康胶囊中芍药苷含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Phenomenex C18(250 mm×4.60 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(17∶83∶0.4),检测波长为230 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1。结果样品中芍药苷与杂质达到基线分离,芍药苷在176~880 ng线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为99.08%(RSD=1.17%)。结论方法简便、灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于妇炎康胶囊的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of paeoinflorin in Fuyankang Capsule.METHODS HPLC was used.The HPLC system consisted of Phenomenex C₁₈（250 mm×4.60 mm,5μm）column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-linsuan（17∶83∶0.4）;detection wavelength was 230 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1.RESULTS The linearity was good within the range 176～880 ng（r=0.999 8）.The average relovery was 99.08%（RSD=1.17%）.CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,accurate and can be used to control the quality of Fuyankang Capsule.更多还原
