越、老、古、朝共产党加强党员队伍建设的一些做法和经验

【摘要】 从前苏联东欧剧变以来越、老、古、朝四国党员队伍建设的实践来看,四国共产党都注重加强党员队伍的理想信念教育、加强党员队伍的权利保障建设和加强党员队伍的反腐倡廉建设。

【Abstract】 Since the Event of Soviet Union and East Europe Crisis,the Communist Parties of Vietnam,Cuba,Laos and Korea have undertaken the construction of communist team.The Communist Parties in these four countries attach importance to intensify the education of their member’s ideas and beliefs,the construction of right insurance and fighting decay.
