【摘要】 目的:征集晋产远志种质资源,研究其鲜、干根性状特征。方法:根据山西农业区划所划分农业气候类型征集种质资源,记录各气候区药材生境特征,采集标本、药材与果实(种子),比较药材鲜、干根性状特征。结果:山西各气候区野生远志生境不同,其鲜根性状与药材性状在根的粗度、颜色、分枝、表皮纹理、韧皮部断面厚薄与色泽上均有差别,栽培种质与野生种质资源相比,鲜、干根性状特征差异犹为明显。结论:山西不同气候区远志种质资源药材性状具有多样性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Collecting Polygala tenuifolia Willd germplasm resources in Shanxi, and studying their characters of fresh and dry roots. Method: Collecting germplasm resources according to agro-climatic zones in Shanxi, recording their habitats, and gathering the samples, the medicinal materials and fruits, and comparing their characters of the fresh or dry roots. Result: There are different characters for the germplasm resources in different habitats,and the difference is especially so between cultivated species and wildings. Conclusion: There is pleomorphism for medicinal materials characters of Radix Polygalae germplasm resources in different climate zones.更多还原
