经编棉盖丝面料生产工艺探讨

【摘要】 以8.3tex(70S)经汽蒸定捻的紧密纺纯棉单纱和91dtex/24f涤纶长丝为原料生产双梳经绒平经编织物。介绍了棉纱汽蒸定捻、整经、编织、染整等工序的工艺参数和注意事项。

【Abstract】 In this paper, one type of two-bar reverse locknit fabric is knitted using the materials of steaming-set twisted and compactly-spun pure cotton single yarn of 8.3 tex(70 s)and filament polyester yarn of 91 dtex/24f, and the technological parameters including steaming twist set of cotton yarn, beaming, knitting, dyeing and finishing are introduced. In addition, the related precautions are also presented.
