基于可靠度理论的下向进路胶结充填技术分析

【摘要】 为探索下向进路胶结充填采矿法充填技术经济分析的科学方法,通过建立下向进路力学模型求出承载层应力分布规律及最危险点的位置,确定该种采矿方法充填体稳定性评判依据,并在此基础上,应用可靠度理论建立承载层稳定性极限状态方程,以及承载层稳定性可靠度不变时充填成本与进路宽度、承载层厚度之间的关系方程。结合某矿山实际情况,得出该矿山下向进路胶结充填采矿法承载层稳定性可靠概率为90%和在不同进路宽度条件下承载层厚度与充填成本之间的关系方程。研究结果表明,增加承载层厚度、减少承载层的灰砂比,既可保证承载层的稳定性,又可降低充填成本。对不同进路宽度的承载层厚度与充填成本之间的关系对比分析结果表明,当该矿山进路宽度增加到5.5 m和6.0 m,承载层稳定性可靠度达到90%时,充填成本将分别增加3.5%和7.7%,采场的生产能力提高10%~20%。

【Abstract】 To search for the scientific backfill technical-economic analysis method in the underhand drift cut-and-filling stoping,the mechanical model of underhand drift was established,and stress distribution pattern as well as dangerous area of loaded layer was obtained.Stability criterion of loaded layer was developed.The limit state equation of the stability of loaded layer was established based on reliability theory.The relationship between cost of backfill and width of drift,thickness of loaded layer were put forward.As an example,if reliability probability of loaded layer’s stability is assumed to be constant at 90% in some mines,the equations between thickness of loaded layer and cost of backfill are established for different widths of a drift.The results show that stability can be raised and cost of backfill can be decreased by increasing the thickness of loaded layer and decreasing cement-sand ratio.The relation between thickness of loaded layer and cost of backfill is that the cost of backfill increase approximately by 3.5% and 7% and the production capability increase approximately by 15% and 20%,respectively,when the drift width increases to 5.5 m and 6.0 m.
