用MATLAB解决齿轮计算中两类超越三角函数方程的求解问题
MATLAB Used to Soulte Two Transcendental Equations of Trigonometric Function in Calculating the Gears’ Parameters
【摘要】 介绍了用牛顿迭代法求解齿轮计算中的两类超越三角函数方程的原理,提供了基于MATLAB的M文件编制的求解程序.根据已知的渐开线函数值inv或里程表齿轮设计参数H、λ,调用M文件,即可迅速求得误差小于0.0000001 rad的角度值α或β.
【Abstract】 This paper presents the principle that the two transcendental equations of trigonometric function in calculating the gears’ parameters can be solved by Newton iteration algorithm.Two procedures based on M-file of MATLAB software are given out.In accordance with the value of involute function or the values ofH、λ of the odograph gears,the values of the angles can be precisely determined with the errors and can be limited to(0.0000001) radian.
