【摘要】 目的:探讨宫腔镜电切术加蒙药乌力吉-18味丸治疗子宫良性病变的疗效。方法:回顾分析我院2001年8月~2005年12月应用宫腔镜电切术加蒙药乌力吉-18味丸治疗319例子宫良性病变的临床资料。结果:319例宫腔镜电切术中,其中黏膜下子宫肌瘤90例(TCRM)、功能性子宫出血55例(TCRE)、子宫内膜息肉37例(TCRP)、子宫颈息肉样增生宫颈肥大、重度糜烂CINⅠ-Ⅲ58例(TCRC)、子宫颈肌瘤27例(TCRCM)、宫腔粘连节育环嵌顿行粘连分离、节育环取出25例(TCRA+TCRF)、子宫不全纵隔15例(TCRS)、宫腔肌性粘连行分离术12例(TCRA),术后随访3~48个月临床症状明显改善304例,满意率为95.3%,术后4例发生并发症。随访率96.5%。结论:应用宫腔镜电切术加蒙药乌力吉-18味丸治疗宫腔内良性病变疗效高、创伤小、恢复快,是治疗宫腔内良性病变首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of treating uterine benign disease by Hysteroscope Electrotomy combine Mongolia medicine wuliji-18pills.Methods:To review and analyze the clinical data on 319 cases of uterine benign dis-ease by hysteroscope electrotomy from August 2001 to December 2005 in Inner Mongolia Hospital.Results:Among 319 cases hysteroscope electrotomy,90 cases of submucous myomectomy(TCRM);55 cases of endometrectomy(dysfunctional uterie bleeding)(TCRE);37 cases of endometrial polypectomy(TCRP);58 cases of cervical polypoid hyperplasia exci-sion,cervical hypertrophy and cervical erosin.CINⅠ-Ⅲ(TCRC);27 cases of cervical myomectomy(TCRCM);25 cases of exclusion of adhesion of uterus contraceptive ring excision(TCRA+TCRF);15 cases of amyoplasia uterine septum;12 cases of exclusion of muscular adhesion of uterus cavity.All cases were followed up after operation from 3 months to 48 months.Clinical symptom of 304 cases is improved obviously,satisfactory rate is 95.3% and 4 cases get complication,fol-lowed up rate is 96.5%.Conclusion:Treating benign uterine disease by Hysteroscope electrotomy combine Mongolia medicine wuliji-18pills has high carative effect,less trauma and quick recovery,which is the best method in treating be-nign uterine disease.更多还原
