重组鸡痘病毒vFV282疫苗株免疫鸽抗体消长规律的检测

【摘要】 目的:检测重组鸡痘病毒vFV282疫苗株免疫鸽后的抗体消长规律。方法:将共表达NDV F、IBDV VPO基因重组鸡痘病毒免疫30日龄的幼鸽,将鸽子分为2组,分为刺种组和对照组,每组40只,按一个使用剂量(每0.1 ml含毒≥105.5 TCID50)进行免疫,对照组刺种生理盐水,在免疫后的第7、14、21、28、35、42、49和56天采血,并分离血清,将血清5℃、30分钟灭活,用固定病毒稀释血清血清中抗FPV、NDV、IBDV的抗体效价,统计结果,并用SPSS 10.0分析。结果:鸽刺种后,抗FPV 中和抗体效价免疫后7天显著升高,14天达到高峰,且保持到21天以后,28天开始下降,49天时仍保持一定水平;抗NDV和抗体效价免疫后7天显著升高,14天达到高峰,且保持到21天以后,28天开始下降。56天时仍保持一定水平;抗IBDV中和抗体效价免疫后7天显著升高,14天达到高峰,且保持到21天以后,28天后开始下降,49天时仍保持一定水平。结论:重组鸡痘病毒vFV282疫苗株免疫鸽后,鸽产生了良好的免疫力。

【Abstract】 Objective:To detection the growth and decline of regularity of antibody of vaccine strain of recombinant fowlpox virus vFV282 by immunizing pigeons. Methods:Pigeons of 30 days old were divided into 2 groups, such as control group, intradermal injection group. Experimental groups inoculated a doze of vFV282 (≥105.5TCID50), and control group was inoculated saline. Post-vaccinated, blood of pigeons were collected on 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49 and 56 d, and isolated blood-serum. Inactivated by 56℃ for 30 min. Specific neutralizing antibodies anti-FPV, anti-NDV and anti-IBDV were detected respectively . Through method of fixed virus and dilute blood-serum. Result statistics, and SPSS 10.0 analysis. Results; Anti-FPV neutralizing antibody rose very quickly from 7 d, arrived top level on 14 d, dropped from 28 d, still kept calm on 49 d; anti-NDV neutralizing antibody rose directly from 7 d, peaked on 14 d, descended from 28 d, still had a weak extent on 56 d; anti-IBDV antibody rocketed from 7 d, reached top level on 14 d, dropped from 28 d, elongated to 49 d. Conclusion: After pigeons were immunized with vaccine strain of recombinant fowlpox virus vFV282, pigeons producted good immunity.
