人胚胎心脏发育不同阶段心肌酶的动态变化研究

【摘要】 目的探讨人胚胎心脏发育过程中心肌酶发育分化的变化规律。方法用组织化学方法结合组织扫描光度测定,观察18例胎儿(16周至足月)和2例成人心脏的5种心肌酶。结果乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、细胞色素氧化酶(CCO)、6磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶(G-6-PDH)、三磷酸腺苷酸酶(ATPase)含量在胚胎4个月~,有较大幅度的增加,在6个月时达较高水平;6个月~,酶含量继续增加,但增幅较前一阶段小;8个月至足月时各酶均逐渐成熟达较高水平,但尚不及成人水平。结论胚胎发育过程中心肌酶的发育分化表现出连续性和阶段性,并与心肌细胞细胞器的发育分化呈一致关系。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the content of enzymes in different chambers of human embryonic heart during their development. Methods 5 enzymes,such as LDH,SDH,CCO,G-6-PDH and ATPase were observed in 18 embryonic hearts from 16 weeks to 39 weeks and 2 adult human hearts by histochemistry and histophotometry. Results The content of all enzymes were greatly increased between 4 to 6 months,and approached rather high concentrate at 6th month.Between 6th to 8th months, their content continually increased,but the degree of increase was less than that of the prior period. By birth, these enzymes gradually mature and reach higher level, but didn’t reach the adult level. Conclusion The development and differentiation of these enzymes present succession and stage specification during embryo development, and are well agreeing with development and differentiation of cellular organ of myocardium.
