【Abstract】 IL-1 is not only an important cell factor which is the central medium adjusting immunity and inflammation response,but also a neurotransmitter or growth factor which involves in many organic systems pathological and physiological activities and it has a wide range of biological functions.In recent years,with the development of deep research among the nervous system,the immunity system and the endocrine system,the function and organism of IL-1 has been recognized,and even served as the basis for the clinical disease diagnoses.Pathological and physiology function of IL-1 as the source of brain interleukin in central nervous system is researched.更多还原
