【摘要】 为探讨共轭亚油酸对大鼠血脂的调节作用,以Wistar大鼠为模型鼠,建立高脂模型。给大鼠灌胃0．5,1．0,2．0g·kg-1三种不同剂量的共轭亚油酸36天,结果发现:低、中、高剂量组均能显著减少体重的增长,并能显著降低甘油三酯、胆固醇含量(P<0．05)。同时高、中剂量组大鼠高密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著升高(P <0．05),表明共轭亚油酸具有调节血脂的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the effect of dietary conjugated linoleic acid on blood lipid, Wistar rats were used for the experiment. The rats were divided into three groups and respectively fed a semi - purified diet containing 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0g · kg-1 conjugated linoleic acid for 36 d. The body weight gain, cholesterol content and triglyceride content of the three groups all remarkably reduce(P <0.05); the high density lipoprotein cholesterol of middle dose group and high dose group remarkably increase (P <0.05).
