【Abstract】 An experimental setup was designed to incestigate the characteristics of vacuum arc in shortgap,and the method of diagnosing the properties of plasma in vacuum was also presented.The voltampere characteristics in different gaps,the distributions of relative electron density and relative light intensity were discussed.The results provided a theoretical foundation for designing the intelligent phase-controlled switches.更多还原
