【Abstract】 COSMOS/FloWorks is a software fully embedded in Solidworks. It is easy to learn and use. COSMOS/FloWorks was used to analyze the water flowing in the cooling canal of one cutting plasma-gun’s electrode, and we found out the problem in the structure. The velocity of the cooling water around the front wall is much low, and there is the lowest velocity around the rectangular corner. In the interest of settling these problems, we reduced the sectional area of the flowing canal around the front wall and made arc at the rectangular corner.更多还原
