【摘要】 分析了平等自治利益联盟和盟主主导型虚拟企业的适应性和局限性;而为了适应个性化产品的生产,企业集群化策略对企业虚拟化策略进行必要的延伸和拓展,形成高效的集群合作制造系统。

【Abstract】 After analyzing the limitations of virtual enterprise (VE) with the logistic model for species population evolution, this paper points that VE is not suited to produce a changing product family with many varieties. A new agile strategy for an enterprise is put forword. With the strategy, a clustered-cooperative manufacturing system (CCMS) can be formed, which produces a changing product family with many varieties.
