浙江省竞技排球后备人才现状及对策研究

【摘要】 借鉴社会学、管理学理论,对浙江省排球后备人才情况进行调查分析,找出了制约后备人才培养的因素,提出具体的改进措施及建议,以期为我省排球运动的科学训练、比赛及管理提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 By means of sociology and administrative theory,this essay makes a research and analysis of reserve volleyball forces in Zhejiang province,points out the elements of the restriction of talent training,and puts forward the specific measures and suggestions of improvement.
