【摘要】 目的研究周围性面瘫的最佳治疗方法和时间。方法将56例患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组在急性期采用针刺加闪罐治疗;对照组在急性期后采用单纯针刺治疗。结果观察组、对照组的痊愈率分别为69.44%、40.00%,两者相比差异有显著意义,(x2=4.60,P<0.05)。结论说明周围性面瘫的最佳治疗时间在急性期,并推荐使用针刺加闪罐疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To search for the best method and time of facial paralysis.Methods:56 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups.The observation group were treated by acupuncture combined with quick cupping at acute period.The control group were treated by simple acupucnture after acute period.Results:The cure rate was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the comparison group.X2=4.60,P<0.05.Conclusions:It indicated that the best method and time of facial paralysis is acupuncture combined with quick cupping therapy applied in acute period.更多还原
