油酸所致犬ARDS中酸碱平衡及电解质变化的研究
Study on change of the acid-base balance and electrolyte in dogs with ARDS caused by oleic acid
【摘要】 目的探讨用油酸建立Beagle犬急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)模型对酸碱平衡和电解质的影响。方法25只Beagle犬通过颈静脉注射油酸,建立ARDS动物模型,连续检测动脉血中PaCO2和PaO2的变化,静脉血中K+、Na+、Cl-和Ca2+的变化。根据检测结果,通过呼吸机通气治疗和静脉补充电解质,纠正Beagle犬实验过程中电解质紊乱和酸碱平衡失调。结果与基础值相比,颈静脉泵入油酸后的10 h内:①PaO2和PaCO2均降低,表现为代谢性酸中毒。②血钙、血钾呈进行性下降,达到ARDS诊断标准时,Beagle犬血中Ca2+为1.17±1.20 mmol/L、K+为4.54±0.58 mmol/L。结论用油酸建立Beagle犬ARDS模型可导致酸碱平衡失调和电解质紊乱。通过呼吸机通气治疗和静脉补充电解质,可有效纠正实验过程中出现的酸碱平衡失调和电解质紊乱。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of oleic-acid-induced ARDS in Beagle dogs on the acid-base balance and electrolyte.Method 25 Beagle dogs were injected oleic acid through jugular vein to establish ARDS animal model.The variations of PaCO2 and PaO2 in arterial blood and the K+,Na+,Cl-and Ca2+ of venous blood were continuously monitored.According to the testing results,mechanical ventilation treatment and IV electrolyte complement were used to rectify the electrolyte disorder and maladjustment of acid-base balance.Results Comparing with fundamental values,in 10 hours after injection of oleic acid through jugular vein,those values of PaO2 and PaCO2 both decreased,presenting metabolic acidosis.And those of K+ and Na+ in the blood decreased progressively.When reaching the diagnosis criteria of ARDS,Ca2+ in the Beagle dogs was 1.17±1.20 mmol/L and K+ was 4.54±0.58 mmol/L.Conclusions Establishment of ARDS in Beagle dogs using oleic acid may lead to acid-base balance and electrolyte disorder,but these may be rectified after mechanical ventilation treatment and IV electrolyte complement.
