凤仙花色素最佳提取工艺研究

【摘要】 通过试验确定凤仙花色素提取的最佳工艺条件:以75%乙醇溶液(pH=1)为浸提剂,料液比为1:100,于80℃下浸提30min。

【Abstract】 Based on the experiment,the best technological condition to extract natural edible pigment from Garden balsam is list: Using 75% pH=1 ethyl alcohol as chemical preparation to soak Garden balsam for 30 minutes at 80℃,the comparison of the raw material and liquid is 1:50.
