【摘要】 土地资源调查是土地资源管理中的基础内容之一。本文综述了国内外的土地资源调查情况,从时间、调查内容与技术手段、体制与制度三个方面初步比较了中外土地资源调查的异同,就国内土地资源调查的进展提出一些看法。今后应在制度创新、基础数据库建设、城市土地利用调查与动态监测、新调查领域拓展等方面深化土地资源调查研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Land resources investigation is one of the basic problems in the land resources management.Firstly,the authors summarize the situation of China and foreign land resources investigation from time,investigation content and technology method,and system.Then the authors discuss the differences and similarities of China and foreign land resources investigation.As far as the important of land resources investigation is concerned,foreign countries have begun to invest the land resources for the first time in England in 1930,while Chinese investigation really started in 1950’s,later nearly 20 year than foreign countries.The investigation of foreign countries is actually similar to that of China.However,Chinese land resources investigation adopts less high-tech,and takes more time to put into business effectively than that of foreign countries.Experiences of investigation system can be used for reference from foreign developed countries.Finally,the authors put forward several views on the trend of foreign land resources investigation.更多还原
