【摘要】 随着煤炭工业地位的空前提高,煤炭行业迅速发展。但在蓬勃发展的背后也有许多严峻的现实问题亟待解决。如煤矿安全事故频繁发生、官煤勾结现象严重、煤矿产业结构不合理等。尤其是安全事故的频频发生使我国的安全生产状况成为国内外关注的焦点。因此,加强煤矿安全生产的法制建设,已成为当今法律界的一项重任。本文从我国煤矿安全事故发生的原因分析入手,通过对国内外煤矿安全生产法律现状的分析比较,提出对我国煤矿安全生产的立法建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the development of coal industry,there are many severe problems which need be solved: for example,the frequently safety accidents in coal mine,the heavy coal corruption,the illogical coal industry construction and so on.Especially,the frequent safety accidents make the safety production situation in China the focus which be paid attention over the world.Therefore,to reinforce the legal system construct of the safety production in coal mine is a heavy duty.From analyzing the reason of safety accidents in coal mine,by comparing the law situation of safety production in coal mines in the world,several legislation suggestions of safety production in coal mine in China are put forward in this paper.更多还原
