【摘要】 本文以驻马店市为例,在对其土地利用现状进行调查分析的基础上,结合其国民经济与社会经济发展长远规划,运用层次分析法的基本原理和数学模型进行了土地利用战略的研究。本文对驻马店市的土地利用战略模型划分了战略目标、规划战略、制约因素和政策措施4个层次,构建出判断矩阵,计算出每个层次各影响因素相应的权重,根据其权重的大小确定驻马店市土地利用规划战略、政策措施的重点,根据各因素权重大小,最终确定驻马店市在战略目标上应合理布局农业用地,优化土地利用结构;政策措施上要重点采用多种方式、多条途径吸引国内外资金,克服资金短缺的制约。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking Zhumadian city as an example,on the basis of the analysis on the situation of land utilization,according to the longterm development project of national economy and social economy,the land utilization strategy is studied by using basic principle and mathematics model of the arrangement analysis in this paper.The strategic model of land utilization in Zhumadian is divided into 4 levels and the estimation matrix is constructed in this paper.The corresponding weighting of every influential factor in each level is calculated out,the key points of program strategy and policy measures of land utilization in Zhumadian are defined according to the weight as well.Finally,rationalizing the arrangement of agricultural land and optimalizing the construction of land utilization should be taken as strategic aim in Zhumadian.The domestic and international fund should be absorbed in a great variety of manners and ways to overcome the restriction of fund shortage as well.更多还原
