【摘要】 研究了不同发芽温度和浸种温度对半夏种子发芽的影响,主要试验了发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数三项重要指标。结果表明,不同发芽温度和浸种温度对半夏种子以上三项指标的影响均达到了显著差异,其中20、25℃是半夏种子发芽的较适宜温度。浸种温度与发芽温度交互作用显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study shows the influence of different sprouting temperature and immersing temperature to germination of Pinelliaternate(Thub.)Breit Seeds.we mainly investigate three significant indexes,which are,sprouting potentialities,sprouting rate,sprouting index.The result shows that different sprouting temperature notably influence the indexes above.Among them the temperature 20℃ and 25℃ are the most desirable sprouting temperature.The interaction between immersing temperature and sprouting temperature is significant.更多还原
