【摘要】 目的揭示春血康止血作用机理。方法采用凝血活酶法、玻片法、毛细玻管法、断尾法,分别观察春血康高、中、低剂量组、春血安阳性对照组、生理盐水组小鼠血浆凝血酶原时间及出血、凝血时间的改变。结果春血康能明显缩短小鼠凝血酶原时间和出血凝血时间,其结果具有统计学意义。结论春血康止血作用机理可能与其同时影响外源性凝血系统凝血因子和内源性凝血系统凝血因子有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the mechanisms of ChunXurKang for the treatment of adolescence functional uterus bleeding. Methods The methods such as bleeding with cutting rats tail and glass capillary?glass slide?plasmozyme time were used to evaluate the effects of ChunXueKang the bleeding time and the clotting time of mice. Results ChunXueKang showed significant activity reduced both the bleeding time of the tail wounds and the clotting time tested with glass capillary?glass slide, the drug also reduced the bleeding time of tail wounding mice ?clotting time and plasmozyme time in normal mice. Conclusion The results pointed out the possible mechanisms of the ChunXueKang on promotingcoagulation function and enhancing stypticity process.更多还原
