【Abstract】 In this paper,an automatic control system specially for the repulping of AOCC is introduced.This system consists of a D-type pulper,an impurity separator,and a cylinder screen.The characteristics of the repulping process and the peculiar design of the impurity separator are discussed.Production results show that this system has high efficiency.This system can separate most of impurity,and the separated impurity is not too fine to be processed in the later stages.Moreover,this system is based on DCS and has a high automation level.更多还原
