【摘要】 目的:总结中西医结合治疗急性重症胰腺炎的经验。方法:回顾性分析本院1994年10月—2005年3月收治的67例急性重症胰腺炎病例中西医结合治疗方法和疗效。结果:63例急性重症胰腺炎经中西医结合治疗治愈。4例因胆道梗阻急症手术。本组死亡2例,1例术后死于真菌感染,另1例非手术治疗过程中死于急性呼吸窘迫综合征。结论:中西医结合治疗急性重症胰腺炎疗效是满意的,其方法是值得推荐的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experiences of integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and westem medicine in severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) Methods Sixty-five patients with SAP admitted from October 1994 to March 2005 were retrospectively reviewed and the results of integrated treatment analyzed. Results In the series, 63 patients with SAP were cured with integrated treatment, 4 patients underwent emergency operation due to biliary tract obstruction, two of the series died, one died of fungus infection, the other died of acute respiratory distress syndrome in the course of nonoperative treatment. Conclusion Integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine is satisfactorily effective in SAp,hence the method is worth recommended.更多还原
