【摘要】 目的观察化疗联合三维适形放疗对不能手术胰腺癌的疗效。方法自2000年10月至2004年6月收治胰腺癌患者35例,三维适形放疗同步化疗(吉西他滨加顺铂)1周期,放疗结束后化疗3周期。结果客观有效率(CR+PR)为51.3%;止痛有效率93.3%;黄疸消退率75.0%;Karnofsky评分提高77.1%;中位生存期13.5个月。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制及胃肠道反应。结论化疗与三维适形放疗结合可明显提高局控率,延长生存期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of chemotherapy combined with 3-D conformal radiotherapy in treatment of patients with advanced pancreatic carcinoma.Methods A total of 35 patients with advanced pancreatic carcinoma from October 2000 through June 2004 were treated with gemcitabine and cisplatin chemotherapy combined with 3-D conformal radiotherapy.Results Effective rate confirmed by CT and MRI was 51.3%,effective rate of analgesia was 93.3%,jaundice disappearance rate was 75.0%.Karnofsky score was raised by 77.1% and median survival time was 13.5 months.The major toxicity was myelosuppression and gastrointestinal reaction.Conclusions Gemcitabine and cisplatin chemotherapy combined with 3-D comformal radiotherapy is an effective and valuable approach in treatment of the patients with advanced pancreatic carcinoma.更多还原
