【摘要】 〗目的:建立一种丹参注射液中痕量成分隐丹参酮的有效检测方法。方法:采用柱切换色谱法对丹参注射液中的痕量成分隐丹参酮进行分析,色谱柱:sh im adzu Sh im-pack VP-ODS,流动相:甲醇-水,检测波长:270nm。结果:用外标法定量分析,平均加样回收率为97.4%~99.2%,RSD<0.95%,丹参注射液中隐丹参酮的含量为5.49mg.L-1。结论:本法简单、灵敏、结果可靠。可有效的检测丹参注射液中的痕量成分隐丹参酮。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To develop a method to determine the content of cryptotanshinone in Salviae miltlorrhizae injection by column switching chromatography.METHODS Column switching was used to determine the content of cryptotanshinone in Salviae miltlorrhizae injection.The separation was performed on a shimadzu Shim-pack VP-ODS columns with methanol-water as mobile phase,and the wavelength of UV detector was 270 nm.RESULTS The recoveriy of cryptotanshinone was 97.4%-99.2%,with RSD of less than 0.95%,the content of cryptotanshinone in Salviae miltlorrhizae is 5.49 mg·L~-1.CONCLUSION The method is simple,sensitive and reliable.It can be used as a quantitative method for determining the content of cryptotanshinone in Salviae miltlorrhizae injection更多还原
