【摘要】 建立HPLC法测定强生胶囊中橙皮苷含量的方法。采用phenomenex C18色谱柱,乙腈-0.2%磷酸(20∶80)为流动相;流速1.0 ml.min-1;检测波长284 nm。橙皮苷在0.27~2.16μg范围之间线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率98.3%,RSD2.54%。本方法简便,重现性好,可有效控制制剂质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 A HPLC method was established for determination of hesperidin in Qiangsheng Capsules.A phenomenex C₁₈column was used with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid（20∶80） as mobile phase,and the detecting wavelength was 284nm.There was a good linear relationship（r=0.9999） when the content of hesperidin was 0.27².16 μg.The average recovery was 98.3% and RSD was 2.54%.The method was simple and reproductive.It could be used for quality control of the preparation.更多还原
