企业流程再造与信息技术关系的应用研究

【摘要】 研究了企业流程再造(BPR)与信息技术(IT)之间的关系,提出了企业流程再造须运用信息技术来帮助实现;讨论了在启动及实施BPR的过程中IT的作用,分析了实施再造过程中所遇到的障碍,并结合首钢公司业务流程再造的实施情况,探讨了使BPR获得成功的一些决定性因素。

【Abstract】 A series of relationships between information technology(IT) and business process reengineering(BPR) were studied.Specifically, the importance of IT and barrers met in executing business process reengineering were discussed.Combining with the practice of Shougang Corporation,some critical factors for its success were also explored.
