【摘要】 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定双解胶囊中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Hypersil C18,流动相为乙腈-0.025mol/L磷酸(26∶74),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为276nm。结果:黄芩苷进样量在0.256μg~1.280μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9 999),平均回收率为98.41%(RSD=0.97%)。结论:该方法快速、准确、方便,可用于双解胶囊质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To establish HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in shuangjie capsule.METHODS: The determination was performed on hypersil C18,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.025mol/L H3PO4(26∶ 74) with a flow rate of 1.0ml/min and detective wavelength of 276mn.RESULTS: The linear range of baicalin was 0.256μ g～ 1.280μ g(r=0.9 999),the average recovery was 98.41%(RSD=0.97%).CONCLUSIONS: The mothod is rapid,accurate and conveniently,and suitable for the quality control of shuangjie capsule.更多还原
